Initiate Your Request
Log into your Hippo Blue account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into their original shipping bag or a secure mailing box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous barcodes are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
